EC Beauty Studio invites you into our calming and peaceful refuge from the busy streets of our bustling neighborhood. We take the health and safety of our clients and employees very seriously. Thank you for your support and for doing your part in keeping our community healthy!
Enjoy the soothing scents and unwind during your service in our charming, state-of-the-art private treatment rooms. No matter what your visit is for, one of our highly trained estheticians will uniquely customize your treatment to your needs and goals which helps to ensure optimal results. We take a personal approach with each and every one of our guests, with the objective in mind that our patrons are happy to call EC Beauty their home for all things beauty.
Our Company Policy:
Please silence cell phones while in the spa. We want to make sure all of our guests have a relaxing and calming experience, free from distraction.
We understand emergencies can happen, however cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge $75 for all late cancellations and no-shows. For this reason, a credit card is required in order to reserve any appointment at EC Beauty Studio.
Each client is required to have a payment on file to have a smooth check out and eliminate cash exchange.
We greatly appreciate tips and gratuities. Please note these are not included in our services and can only be accepted through vemmo and cash app
On the day of your appointment, you will not be permitted to bring anyone with you to your appointment unless you are a minor (under age 18), foreign language speaker needing an interpreter, disabled, or elderly needing caregiver’s assistance.
Drinks or food will not be permitted.
We are limiting the number of patients in the studio and will require social distancing and further protective protocols will be enforced in the practice for the staff and patient safety.
Arrive only 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please alert us via text or call if you are running late! Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late will have to have their treatment time shortened to accommodate social distancing and disinfecting for the next patient.
Anyone that has to be rescheduled due to lateness will be subject to the late cancellation policy of $75. We must have time between patients for proper disinfecting, so no patient overlap will be allowed. If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes prior to your appointment, please find a safe place to wait outside of the office.
A block will be reserved for your facial appointment in the amount of time as listed for the service. However, depending on the treatment plan and your skin's condition, the duration of your treatment may very in length.
